Prices generated using our quickquote facility are at all times non binding. We reserve the right to change these prices immediately and without notification. No order shall be binding on us unless and until it has been accepted in writing by ourselves.

Delivery dates on our website and issues by email or telephone are fundamentally regarded as being non-binding. Whilst we make every effort to work within the guidelines specified in the quickquote and by our employees, the delivery estimates are guides only. Under no circumstances are we under any contractual commitment whatsoever to meet these deadlines.

We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control in the non-performance of courier companies. If goods are returned to us as a result of failed delivery we reserve the right to charge you for a further delivery.

We use third party courier services to deliver our orders. The couriers used on any given order will be at our discretion. We cannot guarantee the service or practices of third party couriers. This extends to tracking details, the ability to locate delivery addresses, and the condition of boxes, pallets or envelopes upon arrival. We cannot gurantee that the drivers or employees of third party couriers will a.) telephone you upon arrival, or b.) leave a "we tried to deliver" note if delivery is not possible. 


Once you have clicked “Uploading Complete”, you forego the right to further amend artwork. It may be possible for you to alter artwork beyond this point. However, this decision rests entirely at our discretion.

In cases where artwork is not suitable for printing, we shall generally contact you to resupply artwork. However we reserve the right to amend artwork further, beyond what you have provided, without notification to the customer, in circumstances where it is necessary to do so. Such issues include, but are not limited to, CMYK colour mode, bleed issues, resolution and missing fonts.

Refunds/Cancellations prior to printing

For orders placed on our website: 

Provided the order is still in “Payment Confirmed” status, it is usually possible to request a refund.

Once you have uploaded artwork and clicked “Uploading Complete” it is generally not possible for you to request a refund. However, the final decision shall rest entirely at our discretion.

Once the order has entered the “Printing in Progress” stage, it is not possible to request a refund.

If it is possible to issue a refund, the total amount refunded will be 90% of the total order value. In exceptional circumstances however, this amount may be less as we will only refund the amount made available by our payment processor. We will not incur any extra charge in processing the refund for you.

For orders placed by email, telephone or by any other means: 

An order is deemed to be binding once it's terms have been confirmed verbally or in writing. You may not cancel your order after this point and you will remain liable for the full sum of your invoice.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point.

In normal circumstances, your invoice will be sent to you by email shortly after confirmation of your order. However, we reserve the right issue your invoice at any future date.

If credit terms have not been formally agreed, we will need full payment prior to dispatching your order.

If for any reason your order is printed and dispatched prior to payment being received, payment must be made within our standard credit terms of 7 working days.  

Receipt of goods

Occasionally printed goods can appear differently on paper when compared to the image on a computer screen. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any such differences.

Damaged, incorrect or missing goods

We strive to maintain high quality printing standards at all times. If however the items you have received have been damaged, poorly printed or are missing, we shall endeavor to replace the erroneous items.

If the error is such that the whole order will need to be reprinted, we will only reprint on the same service which was paid for initially. Whilst we will attempt to prioritise the order, we make no guarantee of a faster delivery for the reprinted goods.

The decision to issue a refund due to missing, damaged or poorly printed merchandise shall rest entirely at our discretion. If we do decide to issue a refund, the maximum refundable amount in any case is 100% of the value of the order. There is no possibility of further compensation or reimbursement due to inconvenience or loss of revenue for the customer.

If you consider any items received as part of your order to be damaged or poorly printed then we require immediate notification by email. Your notification must be comprised of a written description as well as a reasonable number of photographs of the issue(s). Once we have assessed your notification, it may be necessary for you to post samples of your items to us for analysis. Finally, if we deem your order to not be fit for purpose then we will need to collect a minimum of 95% of your order. The cost of collection will be covered by us but we require reasonable access to the items during working days in order to collect the items. Furthermore, the items must be sealed with parcel tape in their original boxes. Refunds and reprints cannot be considered without collection. 

Items will be considered to have been of a sufficient quality if no notification is received within 7 days of delivery of goods.

By their nature printed goods do not have a redeemable value and no refunds or credits for goods correctly supplied will be entertained.

We shall not be liable for any costs, claims or damage arising out of any act of tort or omission or breach of contract or statutory duty calculated by reference to profits, income production or accruals or loss of such profits, income production or accruals or by reference to accrual of such, claim, damages or expenses on a time basis. Our liability to you for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused shall be limited to and in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods.

Data Handling and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

In-line requirements of the GDPR, we have made every effort to make the consent of data on our site as free, specific and transparent for you as the user as possible.

If you have signed up to our newsletter, you are free at any point to remove yourself from our list. Please simply email us at sales@stuprint.comand we will remove you from our mailing list right away. We will treat this as a full withdrawal of your permission for us to contact you for any reason outside of active orders or quotations.  

Your basic contact information (name, address, artwork, contact information) taken during the ordering process may be supplied to trusted third parties who are fundamental to the fulfilment of your order or quotation, e.g. couriers, designers, and third-party printers. We will never formally or otherwise authorise them to use your sensitive information for any other purposes other than the fulfilment of your order or quotation.

We will not provide your sensitive information to any other companies who might wish to contact you for marketing purposes or similar activities. 

All reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure that any information given by you during the ordering or quotation process (by email, phone, post, via our website or otherwise) is stored securely. On our website, data is stored behind a private, password protected administrative area. Data received by emails is stored on private, password protected email accounts. Any data held on company systems or in paper format is kept on the company’s secured premises. 

For orders placed on our website, please note that we do not store your payment information at any time. All orders our placed via an iFrame directly into our payment provider’s system (SagePay).

The limited information that you provide to us in order place your order with may be held, in the manner described above, indefinitely. Should you wish to have your data purged from our systems then please simply email us at sales@stuprint.comand we will take every reasonable effort to do so in a reasonable timeframe.
